Returns & Refunds Policy

30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • In the same condition as received

  • Unused and unassembled

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us at admin@decormama.co.za.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assess the issue and make it right.

Handcrafted & Made-to-Order Items

Some of our products are handcrafted and made to order.

Due to the nature of these items:

  • Handcrafted /custom order, made-to-order items are not eligible for returns or refunds unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  • Slight variations in colour, texture, or finish are part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.

If you are unsure whether your item is handcrafted, please contact us before purchasing.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Handcrafted or made-to-order items

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If your return is approved, the fastest way to receive a replacement is to place a new order once your refund has been processed.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.
