How Much Does Delivery Cost?

  • We deliver directly to your home or office anywhere in South Africa.
  • The final delivery cost is calculated during the checkout process based on your delivery address.
  • We do not deliver outside of South Africa

Delivery timelines consist of production time + delivery time.

Production Time

  • Standard items: Ready for dispatch based on stock availability.

  • Handcrafted items:
    Each handcrafted piece is made to order and requires 2–3 weeks for production before dispatch.
    Production times may vary slightly depending on design complexity and order volume.

Estimated Delivery Times After Dispatch

  • Johannesburg (Central): 5–7 working days

  • Cape Town (Central), Durban (Central), Port Elizabeth (Central): 5–14 working days

  • Regional areas: 7–21 working days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to peak periods, courier capacity, or unforeseen delays.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Payment & Dispatch

For EFT / Bank Deposit payments, orders will only be dispatched once full payment reflects in our bank account, which may take up to 3 working days.

Important Notes

  • Orders containing both standard and handcrafted items will be shipped together once all items are ready, unless otherwise arranged.

  • Customers will be notified once their order has been dispatched.
